Feeling like you have nothing to wear means you just need to organize your closet. Finding pieces that can be worn multiple ways can be an advantage of how you will no longer have that feeling of needing something new. Book your personal styling session which includes upgrading your personal wardrobe and organizing your current pieces. Personal styling options are provided to everyone man or woman, business professionals, and clothing brands needing stylist to assist on set for productions.
Cancellation Policy
✨ Sheena & Co. — Service Policy ✨ At Sheena & Co., we pride ourselves on providing exceptional hair, makeup, and wardrobe styling services to help you feel confident, polished, and event-ready. To maintain a smooth experience for both our team and our clients, please review our service policy below before booking. 📌 Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all hair, makeup, and wardrobe styling appointments. Deposits are applied toward your total service fee at the time of your appointment. 📌 Cancellations & Rescheduling We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Clients who cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, or who do not show up, will forfeit their deposit. If you reschedule and your new appointment is within the same calendar month, your deposit will be transferred. If you do not rebook within the same month, your deposit will not be refunded or transferred. 📌 No-Shows No-shows automatically forfeit their deposit. A new deposit will be required for any future bookings. 📌 Refunds & Service Satisfaction All services (hair, makeup, and wardrobe styling) are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us before leaving your appointment or within 24 hours. Sheena & Co. is happy to provide a complimentary re-service to address concerns. 📌 Wardrobe Styling Specifics Clients are responsible for the purchase or rental of clothing items unless otherwise included in a styling package. Sheena & Co. is not responsible for garment fit, alterations, or retailer return policies once items are purchased. If the client requests Sheena & Co. to shop on their behalf, a shopping fee and/or budget must be agreed upon in advance. 📌 Final Note By booking with Sheena & Co., you acknowledge and agree to these service policies.
