All hair purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once an order has been placed.

Our textured hair collections are designed for versatility, longevity, and luxury. Most textures follow the same maintenance routine. Proper care is essential to preserve the integrity and lifespan of your hair.

Care instructions are also provided at the time of purchase.

BEFORE INSTALLATION

• Gently detangle hair using fingers or a wide-tooth comb

• Wash with a sulfate-free shampoo

• Condition thoroughly

• Allow hair to air dry completely

• Do not cut lace or alter hair prior to washing

DAILY CARE

• Lightly hydrate hair with water or a leave-in conditioner

• Seal moisture with a lightweight oil 

• Detangle gently from ends to roots

• Avoid excessive manipulation

NIGHTTIME PROTECTION

• Always protect hair with a silk or satin bonnet or scarf

• Alternatively, sleep on a silk or satin pillowcase

• Lightly mist textured styles before securing at night

WASHING ROUTINE

• Cleanse every 2-3 weeks, depending on product buildup

• Use lukewarm water

• Apply shampoo in a downward motion only

• Condition generously and rinse thoroughly

• Allow hair to air dry whenever possible

HEAT & STYLING

• Use heat sparingly

• Always apply a heat protectant prior to styling

• Avoid excessive heat or high temperature settings

• Natural texture will revert after washing when properly maintained

COLORING & CHEMICAL SERVICES

• Professional coloring is strongly recommended

• Excessive bleaching or improper chemical use may compromise hair integrity

LONGEVITY EXPECTATIONS

With proper care and maintenance, Sheena’s Collection Hair may last multiple installs and up to 12 months or longer, depending on usage and handling.
